"I feel more empowered and knowledgeable about my body and know that I have choices. I'm planning to use many of the techniques to prepare before and during labour. It was nice to learn a variety of techniques, considering some feel better than others. the partner session was a nice so the guys could learn how they can advocate for us, support our pain management efforts and birth plan. I think this course content is so needed and there isn’t anything quite like it. You both did a fantastic job facilitating the course. I’m sad it’s over! Thanks so much!"

"Laura and Nadia are so knowledgeable and passionate about this topic; their enthusiasm is contagious! While there are many things outside of your control during labor and delivery, they focus on giving you techniques that can help prepare your pelvic floor for birth and manage your symptoms during labor as well as how to advocate for yourself during this time. They empower you to prepare yourself, your body and your birthing partner for delivery. It was especially helpful that each class included practice of the techniques and positions that we were taught. I was able to try out new things that I wouldn't have tried on my own and was always fully engaged with the content because of the interactive nature of the course. Laura and Nadia were there to help reposition and make sure that I was safe and comfortable and answer any questions that I had. I now feel that I have the tools to prepare myself (and my body!) for labor and delivery and am excited for the arrival of my first little one!"
